This cosy cottage has ONE double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which has a shower over and tiled flooring. The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated with a leather sofa and oak flooring, a TV, Freeview, DVD, hi-fi and dining area. Wireless internet connection available. The kitchen area offers a gas cooker, microwave, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. An enclosed small lawn and BBQ, patio furniture to the rear and a small lawn at the front. Access to shared laundry room with washing machine.

Ample parking and use of the herb garden. Bed linen, electric and central heating are included. Regret no pets. No smoking inside the cottage.
