How to book

There are three ways to book your holiday:

1. Book online: check availability of the cottages and select the week(s) you wish to book. Follow the online instructions to book your holiday and pay by credit/debit card through our secure online booking system. You will be asked to provide names of the party, contact details and your address. If you have any difficulties booking online, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01209 861084.

2. Telephone booking: if you wish to make your booking over the telephone, please call us on 01209 861 084 - we can take credit/debit card bookings over the phone or accept cheques or bank transfers if this is more convenient.

3. Booking forms: you can download a booking form from here. Simply post it to us, along with your deposit or full payment. Alternatively we can post a copy of the booking form for you to complete. Please note that we are happy to reserve your holiday for up to five days if you call or e-mail us with the dates you wish to book.

Please note that however you choose to book we will require the following:

  • Acceptance of our terms and conditions
  • A 33% deposit at the time of booking (or you can pay in full if you wish), with the balance of payment due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. All bookings made less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday require full payment on booking. We will send you an e-mail or letter to confirm the booking and contact you again with relevant information once payment in full has been received.
  • We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
